Pink Libido

This rosé has obtained from the bleeding of the moped garnachas old monk, after 10 hours of cold maceration. Fermentation was carried out at 16 ° C for 4 ½ weeks. Red fruit aromas surrounded by shades of ripening, which give a solid structure during long journeys.
