The nose is very complex. Shows black fruit in liquor, which give way to balsamic. Light notes of roasted coffee and cocoa. Very elegant.
On the palate with good structure, powerful and meaty. Unctuous, presence of black fruit, hints of apricot, smoked and roasted.
Very long and complex, will win over time in the bottle. 20 months in French oak barrels after malolactic fermentation. 100% Tinta del Pais.
